Assistant Accounting Manager

Scope of Work
Report directly to CEO, Deputy CEO and Accounting Consultant and will take responsibility for managing the overall accounting and finance function with manufacturing operations including the following:
- Managing the Accounting Department and being responsible for all accounting functions and Management /control Cash flow.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports and the completion of accounting tasks.
- Assisting in BOI, manufacturing cost and control activity.
- Building up team work and Accounting solutions.
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Team.
- Verifying all accounting entries and providing consultation in relation to any accounting standard matters for corrective adjustment and improvement.
- Preparing the monthly Financial Statement and Notes and ensuring the accuracy of all related information (monthly, budgeting, hard close and yearly).
- Reviewing inventory physical counts and stock control.
- Monitoring and controlling of the property/asset register and depreciation calculation sheet.
- Leading methods of improving the planning processes.
- Coordinating with the external auditor, actuary, Revenue Department for any financial matters or required/requested information.
- Actively analyzing company operations on a relentless ongoing basis to pinpoint opportunities for cost savings and areas that need to be reorganized, down-sized, or eliminated. Leading the agreed activities to realize the savings.
- Create and Implement Standard Cost System
- Studying long-range economic trends and projects relating to company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, as well as opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas.
Qualification
- Male or female, age 38 - 50 years old.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Strong leader with analytical skills, ability to analyze large volumes of data.
- Having at least 7 years experience in accounting and 3 years in management level.
- Have Experience in Public Company Limited (PLC) would be advantage.
- Willing to work in Bankhai, Rayong.
